We have a number of expert staff with an extensive background in the export controls arena. Our staff can provide a wide range of consultancy and training services, or can speak at conference or seminars. Our consultants include;

  • Marc Binder

    Marc previously held the position of Director of Customs Compliance for Goodrich Corporation, where he was responsible for managing the Corporate Customs Compliance program. Prior to joining Goodrich, Marc was Director of Customs and Export Compliance for TRW Automotive, and prior to that he was Manager of Import and Export Licensing and Compliance for Lockheed Martin Government Electronics Systems in Moorestown, NJ. 

  • Greg Creeser

    Greg Creeser previously held the position of Corporate Director for International Trade Compliance with Goodrich Corporations Washington Operations Office. In this position, Greg was responsible for assisting the export and import compliance programs, and international trade requirements for 3 major sectors with over 100 facilities located throughout the United States and overseas. Prior to Goodrich, Greg worked for four years as the Corporate Manager for Export and Import Compliance within TRWs Washington Operations office.

  • Barry Fletcher

    Barry has 23 years experience in many aspects of Export Controls. His first experience of the export world was in 1985 when he was appointed to a position in the UK Ministry of Defence(MoD) Technical Security where he was the MoD advisor to Customs & Excise on all military export matters as well as the MoD advisor to DTI (now BERR) on whether Export Licenses should be issued. He has appeared as an Expert witness in many UK Customs & Excise prosecutions. He was a member of UK Government team to COCOM 1985 to 1994, New Forum 1994 to 1996 and Wassenaar Expert Group 1996 to 2000. He was responsible for many of the technical export related negotations within the EU, including the “harminisation of customs tarriff codes” and the “torture regulations”.
