CFECE has a number of face to face training programs. But by far the most popular is our US training program from a non-US Program. The U.S. Export Controls are some of the most complex and stringent in the world. The United States Government regulates the international transfer of U.S. origin technology through many different agencies and varied legislation with the intent of preventing unauthorised transfer of technology and know-how. Because the U.S. is such a significant source of technology for most countries, it is imperative that the defence industry worldwide understands the U.S. regulations.
In an attempt to assist with this issue, the Centre for Export Controls Excellence has developed a series of U.S. Export Controls Training Programs. These training courses are also available on demand and can be customised for an individual basis.
